Competition for attracting foreign workers seems to be heating up further.
The last couple of decades have seen US and UK as the magnets for foreign workers (with Australia, New Zealand and Canada doing smaller numbers). The next decade looks like will have Japan possibly becoming the top country in terms of the number of foreign workers it will need.
